What the site collects
The roof-assessment form can collect your name, phone number, optional email address, postcode, selected service, urgency, description and consent to be contacted about that enquiry. Phone, WhatsApp and email providers process information when you use those routes.
Why it is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, assess coverage, discuss the requested service, arrange the next step and maintain necessary business records. It is not used for email marketing through this form.
Form and hosting providers
The website is designed for Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms processing. Those providers may process technical and form information on behalf of the business under their own security and data-processing terms.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics.” If allowed, it receives technical usage information such as page path and interaction events. The site does not intentionally send names, phone numbers, email addresses, postcodes or form messages to analytics. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time to reopen the choice and change your preference.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting work, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. It should then be securely deleted or anonymised.
Sharing and security
Information is shared only with service providers or professional advisers needed to operate the website and business, or where disclosure is legally required. Reasonable access and security controls should be applied, but no internet transmission is risk-free.
